Here at Chicago Sport and Wellness, our idea of wellness is different than everybody else. The body is constantly changing everyday from stress and certain positions we put ourselves in. As our body changes, our treatment we receive needs to change. At Chicago Sport and Wellness we incorporate soft tissue, adjustments and corrective exercises for prevention and wellness that will always be different from one appointment to the next.
